About the Role
As an intern, you’ll support critical projects under the guidance of the Head of Corporate Development and Executive Leadership. You’ll gain exposure to high-level decision-making, financial modeling, deal structuring, and market research—developing a well-rounded skill set in corporate finance and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate acquisition and investment opportunities using financial analysis
- Build and maintain financial models including DCFs and sensitivity analyses
- Conduct due diligence on acquisition targets
- Prepare presentation materials for leadership and Board members
- Research market trends, industry reports, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and product teams
- Update M&A project trackers and pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
